Stow Food Pantry
Celebrating 25 Years!
The Stow Food Pantry has been serving the town of Stow and the surrounding towns of Acton, Bolton, Lancaster, Maynard and Boxborough for over 25 years. Our Pantry is held at the First Parish Church in Stow on two Friday mornings each month. Our goal is to provide enough food to help a family eat for one week.
We are privately funded and rely on the generosity of the communities we serve. We are a fully volunteer organization operating under the leadership of a Board of Directors whose members are also unpaid volunteers.
We would like to acknowledge the Acton-Boxborough United Way for their ongoing support in the form of a generous grant.

There are several ways to donate food and toiletries to the Stow Food Pantry.
We do not have large refrigerated or frozen storage capacity, so donations should be limited to non-perishable items such as:
Are you looking for a way to help families in need? If you have some time on the stocking dates shown in the table below, just drop by the Pantry around 4 p.m. and we'll put you to work! This is a busy time since we need to check expiration dates and distribute donations to their appropriate locations. There are also opportunities to work at the Friday pantries when our clients arrive. You must be at least 18 for this activity. 2015 Pantry Dates, Stocking Dates and Specials
We distribute food and other items on two Friday mornings each month from 9 to 11 a.m. On the Thursdays prior to each Pantry we sort, date check and stock all donations received since the previous pantry. The following table shows both the pantry dates and the stocking dates for all of the 2015 pantries. The right-hand column shows the "Specials" that are available each month.
